药物保守治疗异位妊娠70例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨药物保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法对2010年5月～2012年2月笔者所在医院就诊的70例异位妊娠患者采用米非司酮配伍中药治疗。结果 70例患者采用米非司酮配伍中药治疗后,62例痊愈,治愈率88.57%,5例不良反应,3例不成功,经手术治疗后痊愈。结论米非司酮配伍中药治疗异位妊娠临床疗效好,治愈率高,副作用小,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of conservative treatment with drug methotrexate.Methods 70 cases in the author’s hospital of ectopic pregnancy were treated by Mefipristone and traditional Chinese drug from May 2010 to February 2012.Results After 70 cases were treated by Mefipristone and traditional chinese drug,62 cases were recovered,the cure rate was 88.57%,5 cases of adverse reactions,3 cases successed by surgery after healed.Conclusion The effect of conservative treatment with drug methotrexate was berrer,had a higher cure rate,fewer side effects was worthy to be popularized.
