摘  要:以黄骅港煤炭航道海冰监测为例,采用国产环境一号卫星CCD数据,研究环境一号卫星监测海冰原理,实验环境一号卫星在煤炭航道中海冰的监测方法和流程,通过对航道、港池和锚地海冰反射率的研究,确定海冰类型,估算海冰厚度;利用经几何精纠正后的影像,统计不同海冰类型在航道、港池和锚地中的位置、范围和密集度;根据环境一号卫星日或双日的过境周期,实施了2010/2011年冬季黄骅港海冰业务化监测,从而直接为港口调度航道破冰、装船、北煤南运提供遥感技术支持。Sea ice condition appears yearly in Bohai and Northern Huanghai of China.Sea ice can block the transportation of coal from the north port to the south port in many aspects:close up ports,jam sea-routes,wreck off structures and coasting vessels,as well as control and berth ships.This study used new Chinese satellite HJ-1A/1B CCD images to monitor sea ice.The coal channel of Huanghua harbor was selected as the study area.On the basis of sea ice monitoring principle,this paper proposed a technical process of HJ-1A/1B CCD data in the application of sea ice monitoring of harbor.The spectral albedo of sea ice can be used to identify types and thickness of sea ice.The geometrically corrected images can be used to determine the position,extent and intensiveness of the sea ice.According to the transit period of HJ-1 satellite,the method proposed in this paper was successfully applied in the sea ice monitoring of Huanghua harbor from Dec.17 2010 to Feb.25 2011.The result shows that this study can provide technical support of remote sensing for dispatching icebreaker and shipment.
