芜湖市公立医院改革“管办分开”实践与探索

摘　　要：管办分开是公立医院改革的重要内容之一,是决定公立医院能否健康持续发展的根本环节。芜湖市按照卫生部确定的改革方向,结合芜湖市的基本情况,明确了构建大卫生体制下的管办分开改革思路,取得了良好的效果。现就芜湖市公立医院改革中实践中管办分开的背景、实践、成效进行阐述。Separation of management and running is one of the most important contents of the reform of public hospitals,which decided the sustained and healthy development of public hospitals.According to the direction of reform of ministry of health and combining with the real situation of Wuhu city.Wuhu city explicitly build the reform of separation of management and running in a large health system management and achieved good results.Now practice management from background,practice and effect of public hospital in Wuhu city are introduced in this paper.
