疝环充填式无张力性疝修补术治疗腹股沟复发性斜疝的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察探讨疝环充填式无张力性疝修补术在腹股沟复发性斜疝治疗中的临床效果,总结其临床价值。方法选取笔者所在医院2008年3月～2012年3月收治的腹股沟疝患者212例,其中有64例为腹股沟复发性斜疝,随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例,观察组使用疝环充填式无张力性疝修补术治疗,对照组使用常规手术治疗,观察对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为90.6%;对照组总有效率为53.1%;两组的治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用疝环充填式无张力性疝修补术治疗腹股沟复发性斜疝其效果快,创伤小,治疗效果好,并发症低,后遗症低,值得临床推广使用。Objective Observing the clinical effect of groin recurrent inclined hernia treatment with hernia ring filling type without tension hernia neoplasty,and summarize clinical value.Methods From March 2008 to March 2012,Selected groin hernia patients 212 cases,64 cases of recurrent groin hernia inclined,212 cases were randomly divided into trial group and control group,each 32 cases,the observation group use hernia ring filling type without tension sex hernia repair of treatment,the control group with conventional surgery,and the observation group compared to two clinical treatment effect.Results The observation group the total effective rate was 90.6%;Control group total effectiveness is 53.1%.Two groups of the treatment effect were significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of using hernia ring filling type without tension groin hernia repair of surgical treatment of recurrent inclined hernia is fast,small wound,good,low complications,low sequela,and worth clinical promotion.
