摘　　要：目的探讨部分与全部子宫内膜环切术治疗月经过多的效果。方法笔者所在医院选取62例月经过多患者,分组治疗。其中30例患者作为观察组,进行部分子宫内膜环切术的临床治疗;其余32例患者作为对照组,进行全部子宫内膜环切术的临床手术。并对这两组所产生的临床效果进行对比,观看血红蛋白的改善程度、手术时间等现象。结果手术时间上,部分子宫内膜环切术比全部子宫内膜环切术的治疗时间要短,并且相应的治疗效果要好。结论部分子宫内膜环切术是通过改良式的子宫内膜环切术来治疗月经过多的临床手术,手术时间短,治愈效果好,术后并发症少,故建议实行临床上的推广。Objective To investigate the effects of part and all endometrial resection for the treatment of menorrhagia.Methods 62 cases with menorrhagia of our hospital were selected by group therapy treatment.The observation group of 30 cases underwent partial endometrial electrocision of clinical treatment.32 cases of control group were all endometrial electrocision clinical operation,and the hemoglobin,degree of improvement,the phenomenon such as operation time of the two group were compared.Results Compared with all endometrial resection,the treatment time of part endometrial circumcision was shorter,and the corresponding cure effect was better.Conclusion The endometrial circumcision is improved endometrial loop excision,which has short operation time,good curative effect and less complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
