摘  要:研究了竹焦油对8种植物病原细菌的抑制作用,初步分析了竹焦油的主要抑菌成分.结果表明,竹焦油对供试菌均有不同程度的抑制效果,其中对番茄细菌性斑点病菌的抑制效果较好,EC50和EC90分别仅为29和68μg.mL-1;抑菌成分集中在水溶性油、酚类和芳香酸部分,采用热水萃取法可简便地分离竹焦油中的强抑菌活性组分.The antibacterial activities of bamboo(Phyllostachys pubescens) tar to 8 varieties of phytopathogenic bacteria were studied,and its main antibacterial components were preliminarily analyzed.The results showed that the bamboo tar had different antibacterial activities on the tested bacteria,of which the activity on Pseudomonas syingae pv.tomato was the highest with EC50 and EC90 being only 29 μg·mL-1 and 68 μg·mL-1 respectively.The main antibacterial components were collected in water-soluble oil,phenols and aromatic acid.By the method of extracting with hot water,the active antibacterial components could be seperated from bamboo tar conveniently.
