血栓通冻干粉针联合针灸治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察及价值探讨

摘　　要：目的观察血栓通冻干粉针联合针灸治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2011年12月来笔者所在医院就诊的突发性耳聋患者80例(96耳),将其随机均分为对照组40例(48耳),给予450mg血栓通合并10%葡萄糖(或0.09%NaCl溶液)250mL静滴/d,实验组40例(48耳),给予在对照组基础上追加针灸。1周为1个疗程,持续治疗2周,检测治疗前后纯音气导听阈、气骨导差,统计治疗有效率。结果治疗前听力组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后组间听力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组优于对照组。实验组治疗有效率为85%,高于对照组72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血栓通冻干粉针联合针灸治疗突发性耳聋具有良好疗效,具有安全、经济、快捷、高效等特点,值得推广应用。Objective To observe and explore the clinical effects of Xueshuantong lyophilized powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods 80 patients （96 ears） with sudden deafness treated in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2011 were reviewed and randomly divided into the control group with 40 patients （48 ears） and the experiment group with 40 patients （48 ears）.The control group was given intravenous infusion of 450 mg of Xushuantong combined with 250 mL of 10% glucose （or 0.09% NaCl solution）,while the experiment group was given additional acupuncture on the basis of the control group.With one week as a treatment course,the patients were treated for 2 continuous weeks.The pure tone air conduction threshold and air-bone gap before and after treatment were tested and the treatment effective rates were calculated.Results Before the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the hearing between the two groups （P 0.05）.After the treatment,there was statistically significant difference in the hearing between the two groups （P 0.05）,with the experiment group superior to the control group.The treatment effective rate of the experiment group was 85%,which was higher than the 72.5% of the control group,with statistically significant difference （P 0.05）.Conclusion Xueshuantong lyophilized powder combined with acupuncture is effective,safe,economical and fast in the treatment of sudden deafness,thereby worthy of promotion and application.
