摘 要:目的研究四川、重庆、云南、湖北等地黄柏浸出物含量。方法按《中国药典》2010年版一部收载方法,测定四川、重庆、云南、湖北等地黄柏水溶性和醇溶性浸出物的含量。结果水溶性浸出物中,以四川、重庆产黄柏含量最高,分别为:冷水17.3%、17.1%;热水18.2%、18.1%;醇溶性浸出物中,以四川、重庆产黄柏含量最高,冷浸18.3%、18.2%;;热浸19.2%、19.1%。结论四川、重庆产黄柏浸出物含量最高,其他不同产地黄柏浸出物含量无明显差别,为更好地控制黄柏质量及临床用药提供了一定的参考。Objective To study the extract content of cortex philodendra in Yunnan,Sichuan,Chongqing and Hubei.Methods According to the China pharmacopeia 2010 edition posted a method,the extract content of water-soluble and alcohol-soluble of cortex philodendra of Sichuan,Chongqing,Yunnan and Hubei was determined.Results Water-soluble leaching cortex philodendra of Sichuan and Chongqing had the highest levels respectively.Cold water was 17.3% and 17.1%.Hot water was 18.2% and 18.1%.Alcohol-soluble extract of cortex philodendra of Sichuan and Chongqing had the highest content.Cold soak was 18.3% and 18.2%.Hot dipping was 19.2% and 19.1%.Conclusion Cortex philodendra extract of Sichuan and Chongqing is the highest levels and cortex philodendra extract content of other different origin have no obvious difference.It provides certain reference for better controlling the quality and clinical medicine cortex philodendra.
