摘　　要：目的探讨全髋关节置换术(THA)治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的效果。方法对16例(20髋)AS患者行THA治疗。采用Harris评分对术前及术后髋关节功能进行评价。结果 16例均获随访,时间3～8年,至末次随访时,患者髋关节屈伸、内外旋、收展总活动度由术前的0°～95°提高到89°～215°。根据Harris评分:术前为7～63(30±3.5)分,术后为63～94(85±2.8)分,优13例,良5例,差2例。结论采用THA治疗AS可有效恢复关节功能,明显缓解髋关节疼痛,临床效果较好。Objective To investigate the effect of ankylosing spondylitis （AS） treated with total hip arthroplasty （THA）. Methods 16 patients （20 hips ） with AS underwent THA. The preoperative and postoperative hip function were evaluated by Harris hip score. Results 16 cases were followed up for 3 - 8 years. At the last follow-up, the date of hip flexion, internal and external rotation, abduction and abduction were improved from 0 °- 95 ° preoperative to 89 °- 215 °postoperative. According to the Harris hip score ： the scores were 7 - 63 （30 ± 3.5 ） preopera- tive and postoperative in 63 -94 （85 ±2. 8） points, and the results were excellent in 13 cases, good in 5 and poor in 2. Conclusions AS treated with THA can effectively restore joint function, and ease the hip pain with good clinical effect.
