摘　　要：目的探讨改良的前外侧入路治疗胫骨平台后外侧骨折的临床疗效。方法对16例胫骨平台后外侧骨折行改良的前外侧入路手术治疗。结果患者均获随访,时间12～34个月。骨折愈合时间8～14周。无切口感染,无内固定松动、断裂,无膝关节内、外翻畸形和骨折再移位,无腓总神经损伤。1例后外侧粉碎骨折脱位者,行走后疼痛和活动受限,其余均达解剖复位。Rasmussen膝关节功能评价:优10例,良5例,可1例。结论改良的前外侧入路治疗胫骨平台后外侧骨折可获得满意的临床疗效。Objective To study the clinical results of an modified lateral approach in treatment of posterolateral condylar tibial plateau fractures. Methods 16 cases of posterolateral condylar tibial plateau fractures were treated by an modified lateral approach. Results All patients were followed up for 12 - 34 months. There were no infection, varus or valgus of the knee, no breakage of the screw and injury of the common peroneal nerve. Bone union time was 8 - 14 weeks. In one patient with a posterolateral comminuted dislocation fracture, this patient reported pain after walking and had limited range of motion. The other patients attained anatomic reduction. According to the Rasmussen func- tional scoring, the results were excellent in 10, good in 5 and fair in 1. Conclusions An modified lateral approach in treatment of posterolateral condylar tibial plateau fractures can get good clinical results.
