摘　　要：目的探讨双钢板内固定治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法对58例SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者行前外侧联合后内侧入路双钢板内固定治疗,根据术后关节功能评价手术治疗效果。结果 58例均获随访,时间6～32个月,患者均获骨性愈合。按照Merchant膝关节功能评价标准:优36例,良16例,可5例,差1例,优良率为89.7%。结论双钢板内固定可使SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折得到坚强固定,术后可行早期关节功能锻炼,临床疗效满意。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of bilateral double-plate fixation in the cases of Schatzker V, VI tibial plateau frature. Methods 58 cases of SchatzkerV, VI tibial plateau fractures were treated with bilateral doub- le-plate fixation through anterolateral and posteromedial approach. Evaluation of surgical treatment was done according to the postoperative joint function. Results 58 cases were followed up for 6 - 32 months, all cases got bone union. In accordance with the Merchant knee function evaluation criteria： the results were excellent in 36 cases, good in 16, fair in 5 and poor in 1, and the excellent and good rate was 89.7%. Conclusions Internal fixation with two plates to Schatzker V, VI tibial plateau fracture provides strong fixation, early postoperative joint function exercise, and clinical results are satisfactory.
