关于南通风电产业发展路径的研究

摘　　要：南通的常规能源缺乏而沿海风能资源丰富,因此,开发利用风电资源和发展风电产业对于南通发展的意义重大。文章针对南通利用风能资源的优势和劣势,规划布局、目前开发的进程以及风电装备产业的发展现状,提出了在南通沿海开发中合理利用风电资源、科学规划风电产业、着力提高风电整机制造的核心竞争力等对策。There is a short of conventional energy and water resource in Nantong, and the coastal area boasts abundant wind resource, therefore, to utilize wind-power and develop wind-power industry has a significant meaning to Nantong. This paper puts forward countermeasures on utilizing wind-power resources reasonably in the coastal area, planning wind-power industry scientifically and focusing on improving the core competitiveness of the wind-power machine manufacturing regarding the advantages and disadvantages of using windpower and planning and development process as well as the current development situation of wind-power assembly industry.
