摘　　要：在天使投资市场中,由于创业者和天使投资人之间存在信息不对称,容易导致逆向选择问题,影响投资效益。因此,解决天使投资市场中的逆向选择问题显得十分重要。分析认为天使投资市场中存在低质量的创业者,因此有必要针对天使投资的特点,将信号传递模型应用于天使投资,探索消除天使投资中逆向选择问题的途径。In the market of angel investment, because of the asymmetric information between entrepreneurs and angel investors that leads to adverse selection, it is very important to solve it. The paper firstly analyzed there are entrepreneurs of low quality in the market, and then according to the characteristics of the angel investment, signal model is applied to the market of angel investment in order to relieve or eliminate the negative impact of the adverse selection problem in the market of angel investment.
