摘  要:为促进杂交谷子的机械化种植、降低播种量与生产成本、改善栽培环境,以张杂谷5号种子为材料,研究了不同丸粒化处理对杂交谷子种子发芽以及生理指标的影响。结果表明:丸粒化处理后,平皿培养的杂交谷种子萌发启动期延迟、发芽率降低,但发芽集中度却较对照提高,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低、脯氨酸(Pro)含量升高、可溶性糖含量升高;田间试验的杂交谷种出苗率都有所提高,两种条件下的试验结果都表明,肥料型丸粒化处理优于其他处理,说明丸粒化处理能明显加速种子内的营养物质转化,促进幼苗生长,增强抗逆性。Effects of different pelletizing treatments of No.5 zhang hybrid millet on the seed germination rate and physiological characteristics were studied.Results showed that the germination trigger date delayed and germination rate decreased,but the germination convergence degree of the seeds increased than that of the bare seed in laboratory. Malondialdehyde content decreased with pelletized- seed treatments compared to control,whereas proline accumulated and soluble sugar content increased. But the rate of field emergency were increased than control.The physiological indexes change of fertilized coating pelletizing treatments was markedly,it was concluded that seeds pelletizing may effectively promote the transformation of nutrient substance in hybrid millet seeds, seedling growth and increase the stress-resistance.
