长三角地区城市污泥施入土壤对白菜种子发芽和根伸长的影响

摘　　要：通过室内培养试验,研究了青紫泥条件下长江三角洲地区城市污泥对白菜种子发芽率和根伸长抑制率的影响。结果表明,随着时间的延长,绝大部分城市污泥处理的土壤中白菜种子发芽率的变化趋势是升高-下降-下降-升高;绝大部分处理白菜种子根伸长抑制率的变化趋势是下降-升高-下降-升高。污泥在刚刚施入土壤后(1～15 d),对白菜种子发芽和根伸长的抑制作用均较小,随着时间的延长(45 d),污泥与土壤混合体对白菜种子的根毒性逐渐增大,75 d毒性较小,显示促进根生长作用,105 d后一部分处理毒性增加,另一部分处理则显示促进根生长作用。在整个培养过程中,各处理发芽率的变化较小,而根伸长抑制率的变化较大,因此用根伸长抑制率的变化来表征城市污泥施入土壤后对高等植物白菜早期生长的影响及毒性大小较为客观。The seed germination and root elongation inhibition rate of Brassicaceae were studied by the indoor culture experiments in the tested purple clay and municipal sludges from the Yangtze River Delta region of China. The results showed that, with the extension of time, the variation tendency of seed germination in vast majority treatments in the process of training was up-down-down-up and the change trend of the root elongation of Chinese cabbage was down-up-down-up. Seed germination and root elongation inhibition of Chinese cabbage were smaller after sludges were applied into soil for 15 days. With the extension of time （45 days）, toxicity of sludge gradua｜ly increased. The toxicity decreased after 75 days. But the toxicity in a portion of the treatments increased, other parts displayed promoting root growth effects ＇after 105 days. In the course of cultivation, the changes of germination rate was small, and the variation of root elongation inhibition rate was big. In general, it was objective to use the inhibition rate of root elongation to characterize the sludge toxicity, toxicity changes and Chinese cabbage situation of early growth.
