摘 要:应用不同浓度NaCl溶液对多年生黑麦草(Lolium Perenne L.)、高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb.)和加拿大早熟禾(Pop compressa L.)种子的萌发情况进行了研究。结果表明,不同盐浓度胁迫下,不同草坪草种子之间的耐盐性存在差异。低盐浓度胁迫可以促进种子的萌发和生长,高盐浓度胁迫抑制种子的萌发和生长,随着盐浓度的不断提高,种子受到的抑制作用愈加明显。3种草坪草种子萌发期的耐盐性由强到弱依次为高羊茅、黑麦草、加拿大早熟禾。The seeds germination of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.), tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb.) and Canada bluegrass (Pop compressa L.) were studied under salt stress using different concentrations of NaC1 solution. The results showed that the salt tolerance of these three species were different under different concentration of salt stress. The seeds germination were promoted at low concentration and inhibited at high concentration. With the increase of the concentrations of NaC1 solution, the inhibition was more obvious. The salt tolerance of these three grasses were tall fescue, ryegrass, Canada bluegrass from high to low in the period of germination.
