摘 要:采用下潜式缆绳吊养大珠母贝幼苗,设计5个不同的水深,记录养殖海区的水文因子,测量大珠母贝的壳长和壳高两个性状指标,统计成活数,比较不同水层贝苗的生长情况和存活率。结果表明,大珠母贝在4、5、6m水层生长较快,3个深度下幼苗的生长差异不显著:2ITI和3ITI水深的贝生长速度较慢,其中3m水层的壳长与4、5、6m的差异显著。大珠母贝在5m的深度条件下养殖幼苗存活率最高,4nl水层次之,而在2m水深下幼苗的成活率最低(52%)。综合生长和成活数据可知,大珠母贝苗在4~5m养殖较合适。The spats of the pearl oyster Pinctada maxima were cultured using submersible lines in five different depth, the hydrological factors in mariculture area were recorded, the two traits including shell length and shell height were measured, and the survival in different water layers were compared. The results showed that high growth rates were obtained at 4 m, 5 m, 6 m water layer, and there was no significant difference from each other. Shell growth rate was slower at 2 m and 3 m depth. There was significant difference between 3 m water layer and 4 m, 5 m, 6 m in shell length. The survival rate of P. maxima cultured in 5 m depth was the highest, and the second was in 4 m depth. The lowest survival rate (52%) was got in 2 m water depth. The growth and survival suggested that it was suitable for spats to culture at 4-5 m deep in the water.
