摘  要:采用PCR法从5省栽培裂叶荆芥种子DNA中扩增18S rDNA全序列并测序,采用DNASTAR软件对5省裂叶荆芥进行遗传距离分析;采用ClustalX及MEGA软件进行系统发育分析,NJ法绘制系统发育树。研究结果表明,裂叶荆芥18S rDNA全序列长1 807 bp,5省裂叶荆芥18S rDNA序列一致性达100%。河北裂叶荆芥18S rDNA序列GenBank登录号为JN802671。系统发育树显示,5省裂叶荆芥18S rDNA序列形成单系群。首次获得国内5省裂叶荆芥18S rDNA全序列,一致性及系统发育分析显示5省裂叶荆芥为同一个品种。This experiment was conducted to ascertain the phylogenetic relationship of Schizonepeta tenuifolia from 5 provinces. 18S rDNA sequences were amplified from genomic DNA of seeds from 5 provinces by PCR. Sequence features were compared and analyzed using Clustal X, MEGA and DNASTAR softwares. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by the NJ method. 18S rDNA were 1 807 bp. The 18S rDNA sequences of S. tenuifolia from 5 provinces had the same identities. Monophyly of S. tenuifolia was revealed based on the 18S rDNA sequence data. Phylogeny and identity analysis showed that S. tenuifolia from 5 provinces were the same specie.
