摘　　要：水电工程农村移民问题本质上是移民利益分享和保障的问题,从农村移民利益分享现状、原因及其对策等方面进行研究综述,剖析研究的意义、价值与不足,指出今后应加强实证研究,为政府移民部门决策参考。In the construction of hydropower projects, the nature of rural migration problem is interests sharing and safeguard.This article developed research summary from the present situation, reason and countermeasures of interests sharing, then anatomizes value and drawback of research and indicated that empirical research should be reinforced to supply government immigration department with decision reference.
