广东境外农业试验示范基地建设现状与对策初探——以广东省农业科学院的实践为例

摘　　要：境外农业试验示范基地在农业"走出去"进程中发挥着"桥头堡"作用。以广东省农业科学院为例,通过介绍其境外试验示范基地建设的现状,分析其存在的问题,并提出新形势下广东境外农业试验示范基地建设对策,包括境外基地的定位与功能、布局、建立可持续发展机制、加强复合型人才培养等。Overseas agricultural experiment and demonstration bases play an important role, which like bridgehead, in agricultural ＂step out＂ process. Take Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the paper analyses the condition of overseas experiment and demonstration bases, points out the problems, and proposes counter measures for construction of them in new situation, which includes location ,funetion,sustainable development mechanism and cultivation of compound talents, etc.
