陕西省城乡经济社会一体化的测评及发展路径研究

摘　　要：通过对2005—2009年陕西省城乡经济社会一体化发展进程的测评,认为陕西省城乡经济社会一体化进程正在不断加快,该省的城乡居民收入差距、城乡投资差距、城乡消费的结构和水平差异是影响其城乡经济社会一体化发展的最重要因素。为此,陕西省必须加快制度创新,进一步发展农业现代化,切实推行城乡基本公共服务均等化,促进城乡经济社会一体化的发展。Through measuring the development process of urban and rural economic and social integration from 2005 to 2009 in Shaanxi Province, the author of this paper find out that urban and rural economic and social integration process is accelerating in Shaanxi Province, and income gap, investment gap, and the differences of consumption structure and level are the most important factors affecting the integration of urban and rural economic development. To reach this aim , Shaanxi Province must speed up the institutional innovation in urban and rural integration , fur-ther develop the modernization of agriculture , implementation of the urban and rural basic public service equaliza-tion. Only in this way , can Shaanxi Province realize urban and rural economic and social integration.
