摘　　要：文章结合新疆独山子石化公司千万吨炼油和百万吨乙烯工程对普通大宗材料的管理控制情况,提出甲控乙供材料管理模式在大型工程项目建设中推广应用的必要性,具体阐述了这种管理模式的概念、特点、运行措施和取得的效果,并结合实际运行情况提出了相关注意事项。Based on the ordinary bulk material management and control situation in the project of ten million ton oil refining and one million ton ethylene of Xinjiang Dushanzi Petrochemical Company,the necessity of promoting the'owner-control and contractor-procurement' material management mode in large engineering project construction is indicated.The concept,characteristics,operation measures and effect of the management mode are explained and relevant matters for attention are put forward in combination with actual operation situation.
