摘 要:水泥稳定碎石基层施工中,层间污染与损伤,上下基层裂缝相互反射,容易导致基层整体性差,层间粘结不紧密。针对基层施工可能出现的这些情况,采用有限元模拟计算各种情况下基层底部弯拉应力最大值出现的部位和大小,根据计算结果分析得出:一次成型基层时基层底部受到的弯拉应力最小,结合基层施工特点,提出分层摊铺一次成型工艺,并通过对低等级试验路段铺筑检测了基层的压实度与芯样的完整性,从而验证在低等级道路上该工艺的可行性与可靠性。In construction of cement stabilized gravel base, pollution and damage between the layers as well as interreflection of cracks in the upper and lower layers lead to poor integrity of the base and loose bonding between the layers. Against these possible situations in the base construction, the position and magnitude of the maximum bending-tensile stress at the base in each ease is simulated and calculated by FEM. As a result, it is concluded that in case of one-step forming, the bending-tensile stress at the base is minimum; and combined with the base construction characteristics, the one-step forming technology for spreading in layers is proposed; furthermore, through the pavement in the low-grade test section, the compactness of the base and the integrity of the core sample are detected so that the feasibility and reliability of this technology for low-grade road is verified.
