彩色多普勒超声弹性成像在乳腺超声检查中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的对彩色多普勒超声弹性成像在乳腺超声检查中的应用情况进行分析与探讨。方法随机抽取2009年3月～2012年3月我院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者150例,均经过病理检查确诊。对其采用彩色多普勒超声弹性成像法进行检查,将检查结果与病理检查结果进行对比分析,评价彩色多普勒超声弹性成像法诊断乳腺肿瘤的准确性。结果经比较分析发现,彩色多普勒超声弹性成像法诊断乳腺肿瘤的准确率为93.3%。结论彩色多普勒超声弹性成像法在乳腺超声检查中具有较高的正确性,应用价值显著,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze and discuss the application of color Doppler ultrasonic elastography to breast ultrasonography.Methods 150 hospitalized patients with breast tumor in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2012 were randomly selected.They all were finally diagnosed by pathological examination and received the examination by color Doppler ultrasonic elastography.Their ultrasonic examination results and the pathological examination results were compared and analyzed.The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of breast tumor was evaluated.Results It was found that the accurate rate of color Doppler ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of breast tumor was about 93.3%.Conclusion In the breast ultrasonography,color Doppler ultrasonic elastography has high accuracy and significant clinical value,which is worthwhile to be clinically promoted.
