摘 要:为了充分利用声纳的布阵空间,增加辐射面积,从而提高声纳基阵的整体性能,采用了有限元分析方法,借助ANSYS软件设计了圆形、方形和六边形辐射头水声宽带换能器。在辐射面积、压电元件和长度等要素相同的条件下,仿真计算了3种不同形状的辐射头对水声宽带换能器谐振频率、发送电压响应、自由场电压接收灵敏度和收发频带宽度等性能的影响,并对结构进行了优化;研制了3种不同形状辐射头换能器并进行了水池试验,测试结果与计算结果具有较好的一致性。最后,在声纳开窗尺寸相同的情况下,对3种换能器的布阵效果进行了研究。Underwater broadband acoustic transducers with round,square and hexagonal radiators are designed by using finite element method and software ANSYS to make full use of sonar array space,increase radiant area and hence im-prove overall characteristics of a sonar array.Under the conditions of same radiant area,piezoelectric elements,and length of transducers,etc.,the influences of the radiators in the above three shapes on the resonance frequency,trans-mitting voltage response,receiving sensitivity of free field voltage,and receiving/transmitting frequency bandwidth of underwater broadband acoustic transducers are simulated,and the transducer structure is optimized.The transducers with the three shapes of radiators are fabricated and tested in a tank,respectively.The test results agree well with the calculations.In addition,the effectiveness of three arrangements of acoustic transducers is evaluated for same sonar window dimension.
