摘 要:目的了解河南新乡地区农村居民血脂边缘升高及异常的分布特征。方法采用现况调查的方法对随机整群抽取的18~65岁常住农村居民665人进行问卷调查、实验室检测和体格检查。应用检出率描述血脂边缘升高及异常分布规律,采用χ2检验比较各组率的差别,用SPSS 13.0进行数据处理和分析。结果农村居民血脂异常总发生率26.4%,血脂边缘升高总发生率48.0%。农村居民血脂边缘升高及异常的检出率随年龄、血糖、血压、体质指数及腰围的增加而增高(P均为0.000)。与无饮酒习惯者相比,有饮酒习惯者血脂异常检出率可降低(P=0.003)。结论农村居民血脂边缘升高及异常的分布存在一定的特征和规律。应重点针对中老年者、空腹血糖受损及糖尿病者、血压高值者及高血压者、超重与肥胖及腹型肥胖者、过量饮酒者实施全方位的健康管理、预防与控制。Objective To understand the distribution of edge hyperlipidemia and dyslipidemia among rural residents in Xinxiang city of Henan province. Methods A cross sectional study was carried out among 665 rural residents of random cluster sampling aged 18 -65 years in Xinxiang city of Henan province, including questionnaires and laboratory tests and physical examination. The detection rates of edge hyperlipidemia and dyslipidemia were analyzed and described among different characteristic groups. Chi-square test was used to compare the between-group differences in incidence rate. All data analyses were performed by SPSS13, 0 programs. Results The dyslipidemia prevalence rate was 26.4%, the edge hyperlipidemia prevalence rate was 48.0%. The detection rates of edge hyperlipidemia and dyslipidemia in rural residents increased with the increasing age ( P = 0. 000 ), blood sugar( BS, P = O. 000 ), blood pressure ( BP, P = 0. 000 ), body mass index ( BMI, P = 0. 000 ) , as well as waist circ- umference( WC ,P = 0. 000), while reduced with the increasing liquor level (P = 0.001 ). Conclusion The distribution of edge hyperlipidemia and dyslipidemia among rural residents in Xinxiang area of Henan province had certain characteristics and pat- tern. The target population of health management, prophylaxis and control of edge hyperlipidemia and dyslipidemia should be the elderly population and those with impaired fasting glucose, diabetes mellitu, high-normal blood pressure, hypertension, overweight, obese, abdominal obesity, and sot.
