摘 要:目的临床实践是理论联系实际、培养新时代医学高素质人才的重要途径。我们希望通过培训提高临床诊断技能。方法采取分阶段强化培训的方式,逐步提高医学生们的临床实践技能水平,使他们掌握规范的体格检查。在培训前、培训中期和结束后对所有接受培训的学生进行临床技能测试,分别得出成绩1(培训前)、成绩2(培训中期)和成绩3(培训后)。结果临床专业组的成绩3较成绩1、成绩2提高(P均<0.05);影像专业组的成绩3与成绩1、成绩2比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);两组成绩3比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床专业组的医学生培训结束时,能够独立、熟练、规范地进行体格检查。如何提高影像专业实习生临床技能,是一个值得思考的问题。Objective Clinical practice was a method which contacted theoretical and practical knowledge, and was an impor- tant way of training high-quality of medical talents of nowadays. We hoped to improve the clinical diagnosis skills of all medical students through training. Methods The clinical skills of medical students gradually were improved by the way of intensive train- ing in phases, and were equipped with the standard physical examination. All of the students received the training were asked to take tests of clinical skills before, at the medium-term and after the training,and their tests score 1 (before training) , score 2( at the medium-term of training) and score 3 ( after training) were obtained. Results Compared to score 1 and score 2, score 3 were increased significantly in clinical professional group( all P 〈 0.05 ), but not in image professional group (all P 〉 0.05 ). Score 3 were different in two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion At the end of training, clinical professional medical students were capable of conduct standardized physical examination independently and skillfully. How to improve the clinical skills of imaging profes- sional medical students, was a question worth considering.
