摘　　要：本文对蓖麻油的主要成分与用途、蓖麻油酸生物合成的途径及如何利用该途径种子中蓖麻油酸含量进行了综述.This paper introduces the main composition and the use of castor oil,the biosynthesis pathway of castor oil oleic acid and using the method to improve the seed of castor oleic acid content are reviewed.
