镍钛记忆合金治疗多发肋骨骨折合并胸骨骨折致连枷胸

摘　　要：目的探讨多发肋骨骨折合并胸骨骨折致连枷胸患者手术内固定的必要性、疗效和手术方法。方法对16例多发肋骨骨折合并胸骨骨折致连枷胸患者应用镍钛记忆合金环抱器实施骨折内固定手术。结果手术内固定后16例患者疼痛显著减轻，手术时间（2．4±0．6）h，胸壁稳定，呼吸功能早期恢复，均痊愈出院。结论对于多发肋骨骨折合并胸骨骨折致连枷胸患者应用镍钛记忆合金治疗，具有创伤小、手术简单、手术时间短、固定可靠等特点，是一种值得推广的治疗方法。Objective To explore the effieaey of surgical methods for internal fixation of multiple rib fractures with sternum fracture caused flail chest. Methods Totally sixteen eases of multiple rib fractures with sternum fracture eaused flail chest fixation operated by internal fixation with embracing fixator were enrolled. Results After fixation, pain was significantly reduced in 16 patients; chest wall stabilization and early recovery of respiratory function were recorded. Conclusion Ni-Ti shape memory alloy devices fixation for the treatment of multiple rib fractures with sternum fracture caused flail chest is not very traumatic with a short operative time, reliable fixation and a high clinical value.
