摘 要:提出了一种基于单片机的焊接电弧摇动频率数字化检测方法及系统。通过步进电动机反复正反向转动使焊接电弧作同频率摇动,再借助槽式光电开关将电动机转动速率转换成脉冲电信号,并采用PIC单片机实时测量该低频开关脉冲电信号周期,计算出电弧摇动频率值送数字化显示。试验结果表明:该系统运行可靠,检测精度高,可方便与数字化焊接设备接口,具有工程实用价值。This paper present work proposes a digital detection approach and system of welding arc swing frequency based on a single-chip microprocessor. A stepping motor runs at repeatedly forward and reverse rotation to swing welding arc at the same frequency as that of the motor rotation. In this system, a photoelectric switch is utilized for transforming the rotation rate of stepping " motor into an electrical pulsed signal, and then PIC microprocessor is used to measure the period of this low frequency signal in real time and to calculate arc swing frequency finally for digital display. The result shows that the system operates smoothly, its detection precision is high and it is easy to interface it with digital welding equipments, thus it is of great value to engineering.
