摘 要:试验将选育的除臭菌系Ⅰ和菌系Ⅱ用于沼液和尿污处理。在沼液中菌系Ⅰ和菌系Ⅱ对NH3释放量较对照降低39.21%和45.10%,H2S释放量降低60.42%和64.58%。全氮提高28.57%和34.20%,硫酸盐含量提高24.39%和26.27%。对重金属As,Cu和Pb残渣态检测,菌系Ⅰ对沼液处理后As和Cu残渣态较对照提高15.92%和42.34%,菌系Ⅱ对沼液处理后Cu和Pb残渣态提高56.41%和24.65%。COD降低33.45%和36.61%。在尿液处理中菌系Ⅰ和菌系Ⅱ第16 d已无NH3释放,第10 d不再有H2S释放,全氮含量较对照提高19.57%和24.09%,硫酸盐含量提高80.43%和30.04%,菌系Ⅰ对尿液处理后As和Cu残渣态提高52.03%和31.52%,菌系Ⅱ处理Cu和Pb残渣态提高36.75%和17.05%,COD降低了41.86%和53.49%。The selected deodorant strain I and II cultured in laboratory were used to biogas slurry and urine sewage treatment.Compared with control,strainⅠand strainⅡcould decrease the NH3 emission in biogas slurry treatment by 39.21% and 45.10%,H2S emission lowed by 60.42% and 64.58%,and total nitrogen increased by 28.57% and 34.20%,the sulfate content increased by 24.39% and 26.27%,respectively For strains I,Au and Cu content in residue of biogas slurry increased by 15.92% and 42.34% respectively compare with the control.For strains Ⅱ,Cu and Pb content in residue of biogas slurry increased by 56.41% and 24.65% respectively.Strains I and strains Ⅱreduced COD content by 33.45% and 36.61% respectively.In the treatment of urine,no more NH3 released in the 16th day,and no H2S released in the 10th day.Compared with the control,the total nitrogen content was increased by 19.57% and 24.09%,the sulfate content increased by 80.43% and 30.04%,respectively.Au and Cu content in residual of urine sewage increased by 52.03% and 31.52% compare with the control for strains I,and that increased by 36.75% and 17.05% for strains II,and COD reduced by 41.86% and 53.49%,respectively.
