摘  要:将7个不同低温厌氧环境样品接种到TS 30%的发酵底物中,在19℃±0.5℃低温条件下驯化,筛选出三组适宜干发酵的低温产甲烷复合菌系。甲烷含量为65.35%,63.75%,65.80%,总产气量为15840 mL,14910 mL,16650 mL,甲烷含量达到50%以上时的累积产气量分别占总产气量的76.45%,73.84%,84.93%,池容产气率为0.87 L.L-1d-1,0.9 L.L-1d-1,0.93 L.L-1d-1。三组复合菌系使低温沼气干发酵的启动期提前、池容产气率和甲烷纯度提高。The seven samples from different low-temperature anaerobic environment were inoculated onto fermentation medium with TS concentration of 30% respectively.Acclimation was done at temperature of 19°C ± 0.5 °C.Three groups of methanogenic microbe composite were selected suitable for dry fermentation at low-temperature,which produced the biogas with methane content of 63.75%,65.35%,65.80%,respectively.The volumetric gas production rate were 0.87 L·L-1d-1,0.9 L·L-1d-1,0.93 L·L-1d-1 respectively.The cumulative gas production with methane content over 50% accounted for 76.45%,73.84%,84.93% of total gas production respectively.The three selected methanogenic microbe composite could make the low temperature and dry fermentation system start-up faster and obtain higher volumetric gas production rate and methane content.
