摘　　要：美国是世界上公认的知识产权强国,其知识产权强国地位得益于美国政府推进的知识产权战略,在奥巴马政府时代,美国的知识产权战略已发生了新的变化,呈现出新的特点。在此种情况下,将中国的知识产权战略与美国的知识产权战略作全面的比较,有利于调整我国的知识产权政策措施,完善知识产权法律制度,以实现建设创新型国家的目标。The United States is the worldly-known intellectual property power. Its powerful status on intellectual property benefits from the intellectual property strategy promoted by its government. In the Obama administration era, the intellectual property strategy in the United States has emerged with new changes and characteristics. Thus, making comprehensive comparison of Sino-American intel- lectual property strategies is beneficial for China to adjust its intellectual property strategic objectives, policies and measures, perfect its intellectual property legal system and fulfill the objective of building an innovative country.
