摘  要:目的观察电针配合电子生物反馈训练治疗腓总神经损伤的临床疗效,寻求治疗腓总神经损伤的有效治疗方法。方法将40例患者随机分为两组,治疗组20例,采用电针加电子生物反馈训练治疗;对照组20例,采用单纯电子生物反馈训练治疗,进行对照观察。分别于治疗前及治疗2个疗程、4个疗程后比较两组患者的MMT肌力量表、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评定等情况。结果两组治疗前各量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2个疗程后两组患者各量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4个疗程后两组患者各量表评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合电子生物反馈训练治疗腓总神经损伤有效,有助于肢体功能恢复,降低致残率,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus electronic biofeedback training in treating common peroneal nerve injury. Method Forty patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 20 cases received electroacupuncture plus electronic biofeedback training and the control group of 20 cases, electronic biofeedback training alone. A comparative observation was performed. A comparison between the two groups was made using the Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) scale and the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) before treatment and after two and four courses of treatment. Result There was no statistically significant difference in the score on each scale between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05). There was a statistically significant pre-post-treatment difference in both groups (P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the score on each scale between the two groups after two courses of treatment (P〉0.05), but there was a statistically significant difference after four courses of treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus electronic biofeedback training is effective in treating common peroneal nerve injury. It helps to restore limb function, reduce the disability rate and improve the patients' quality of life.
