摘 要:为解决成品电磁挂梁起重机大车运行减速机频繁断轴的故障,按照起重机设计规范中提供的方法,分析出该减速机输出轴频繁断轴的原因为设计上以小代大、材质上以低代高和减速机自身制造质量不良,提出了以硬齿面减速机代替目前的中硬齿面减速机的解决方案,以将损失控制在最小限度。该方案实施后效果良好,切实可行,保障了起重机的稳运行定,为起重设备减速机断轴故障提供了可借鉴的分析思路和解决方法。In order to solve the problem of frequent output shaft breakage during magnet beam crane bridge travel at finish product area, the authors analyze and contribute the causes to inappropriate dimensioning in design, low quality substitution in material and poor quality of reducer manufacturing, with methods from crane design specification, and propose a solution to adopt hardened tooth surface reducer instead of medium one currently in service in order to confine the loss to minimum. Taken into effect, the solution proves to have good effect and practical feasibility and ensures stable crane running. The paper provides referable analysis thoughts and solution for crane reducer shaft breakage failure.
