摘 要:电力贯通线是高速铁路通信系统的核心供电线路,对于高速铁路正常运行起到至关重要的作用。但由于电力贯通线的输电可靠性在很大程度受上级电力系统制约,线路具有电容大的特点,绝缘水平和防雷措施方面相对薄弱,电力贯通线能否并网倒闸一直存在争议,目前国内外相关研究还很少。本文分析电力贯通线并网倒闸的原理及其安全性限制要求,针对杭深客运专线现场实测数据建立电力贯通线的电路模型,并在不同电压相位差和电压幅值比的条件下对一级贯通线进行并网暂态仿真,提出配电所应满足电压相位差-13°~13°和电压幅值比80%~120%的并网技术条件,为电力贯通线在工程上实现并网功能提供了理论依据。Power transfixion lines are the key power lines to feed the communication systems of high-speed railway lines,which play a significant role in guaranteeing safe operation of high-speed trains.Power transfixion lines are constrained by superior power systems in reliability to a large extent,and they are featured by presence of large capacitance and relatively unreliable insulation level and lightning protection.There have been disputes whether power transfixion lines are able to be synchronized or not.Study on this issue has seldom been made.In this paper,the principle and safety requirements of grid-connected technology of power transfixion lines were analyzed.The circuit model of power transfixion lines was established on the basis of the datameasured on the site of the Hangzhou-Shenzhen Dedicated Passenger Line.Transient simulation of grid-connected processes of power transfixion lines Grade 1 was conducted under the condition that voltages at distribution substations were given phase difference and amplitude difference.The results show as follows:The voltage phase differences of distribution substations should be limited within-13°~13° and the range of the amplitude ratios within 80%~120%;theoretical basis is provided for grid-connected technology of power transfixion lines.
