摘 要:通过12根钢筋混凝土圆墩柱(其中对比柱1根,震损柱3根)在低周反复荷载作用下的试验研究,分析预应力纤维条带加固钢筋混凝土圆墩柱的抗震性能。考虑的主要因素包括:预应力大小、预损程度、纤维种类、表面处理方式。根据试件的破坏形态和滞回曲线,分析各因素对承载力、位移延性、滞回性能、耗能能力等重要抗震性能指标的影响。试验结果表明:采用预应力碳纤维条带加固震损圆墩柱后,震损柱的承载力、延性性能、耗能能力均可在一定程度内得到恢复与提高。对柱体表面打磨、纤维布刷胶之后,再进行预应力0.2碳纤维条带加固的试件抗震性能得到最大程度改善。实际工程抗震加固时应优先选用预应力碳纤维条带,并尽量避免使用预应力玄武岩纤维条带。Twelve RC cylinder piers including one contrast column and three pre-damaged piers were tested under cyclic lateral loading and constant axial loading to study the seismic-resistance behavior of reinforced concrete piers retrofitted with pre-stressed FRP belts mainly in respect of the experimental parameters such as the prestressing level of FRP belts,pre-damage level,type of FRP and surface treatment.The influence of each parameter on the bearing capacity,displacement ductility,hysteretic behavior and energy dissipating capacity was analyzed by the main failure patterns and hysteretic curves of the specimens.Test results show as follows: The bearing capacity,displacement ductilily and energy dissipating capacity of the retrofitted pre-damaged piers are improved to a certain extent;with polished and glued surface treatment,the specimen strengthened with 0.2 prestressed CFRP belts gets the greatest degree of improvement in seismic performance;the seismic-resistance behavior of the reinforced concrete pier strengthened with pre-stressed BFRP belts is far worse than that of those piers strengthened with CFRP belts;the pre-stressed CFRP belts can be used to improve the seismic behavior of RC cylinder piers in practice;on the contrary,the pre-stressed BFRP belts should be avoided as best as possible in engineering practice.
