摘  要:设计了一种新型的矿井顶板压力数据采集系统。该系统集手持数据采集器及传输接口,并结合PC软件处理为一体[1],实现了压力数据采集以及无线接收各个采集点的压力数据及压力采集时间,并将采集到的数据通过PC机软件分析、观测。该系统可以在一些特殊的场所实现信号的采集、处理和发送,解决了复杂的现场连线,并且具有成本低、可靠性好、实用性强等优点;通过对压力的监测,可为煤矿生产中冒顶事故的预防和顶板安全管理提供可靠的数据和决策依据[2]。A new kind of data acquisition system for mine roof pressure is designed, which consists of a handheld data collector, a transmission interface and the PC processing software to realize the pressure data acquisition, the wireless receiving of pressure data at each gathering point and the acquisition time, and the analysis and observing of the collected data through the PC software. The system can be used in some special places for signal collection, processing and transmission by solving the problem of complex field wiring, and it has the advantages of low cost, good reliability and strong practicability. By monitoring the pressure, the system can be used to provide reliable data and decision basis for roof fall accident prevention and roof safety management in coal production.
