摘　　要：分析了淮南矿区近年来在采煤沉陷区移民安置工作中所取得的成果和面临的难题,探讨了如何做好采煤沉陷区移民安置工作,可为煤炭企业提供经验与借鉴。The paper analyzed the achievements and faced problems of the immigration resettlements of the ground subsidence area caused by underground coal mining and discussed how to well done the immigration resettlements of the ground subsidence area, which could provide the experiences and references to the coal enterprises.
