摘　　要：分析了矿井建设质量控制的4个主要阶段,将质量成本管理应用于矿井建设项目中的可行性,并以开滦集团蔚州矿业公司单侯矿为例阐释了质量成本管理在矿井建设中的应用。The paper analyzed the main stage of the quality control in the mine construction and analyzed the feasibility of the quality and cost management applied to the mine construction project. Taking Shanhou Mine, Yuzhou Mining Company of Kailuan Group as an example, the paper explained the quality and cost management applied to the mine construction.
