摘　　要：文化创意具有反周期发展、低成本开发、高附加值衍生与跨时空渗透等内生优势,能以较低科技储备消解"资源魔咒",是推动资源型地区转型跨越的核心力量之一。比较并借鉴以美国为代表的市场驱动型模式与以英国为代表的政策驱动型模式,在"资源诅咒"压力下,资源型经济体的转型跨越发展,需确定转型难题解决与地方优势发挥的结合点,精选文化创意项目、倾斜性制定创意开发支持政策等。With advantages of anti-cycle development,low cast exploitation,high value-added derivation and trans-time-and-space infiltration,cultural creative that clears＂ resource curse＂ with lower scientific reserve is one of the nuclear powers of promoting transitional and leap-forward development of resource area.In this paper,the author compared and drew lessons from market-driven of USA and policy-driven of Britain.Under pressure of＂ resource curse＂,transitional and leap-forward development of resource economy has to make sure strategies and juncture of solution of transitional puzzles,cleaning cultural projects and making creative supporting policies.
