摘　　要：结合太原市经济发展现状,从产业结构、城市功能、生态环境等方面,分析了太原市实现资源型经济转型的基本途径,并提出了完善法律法规、加大资金投入、重视人才引进和利用等保障措施。Combining status of economic development of Taiyuan,the author analyzed basic approach of realizing resource economy transition,and put forward measures of perfecting laws and regulations,increasing funding and valuing talent introduction and use from aspects of industry structure,city function and ecological function.
