摘　　要：结构紧张是由于社会变迁和体制改革导致的一系列结构性调整所引发的矛盾和冲突的社会状态。关系和分配是分析社会结构紧张的两个基本维度,体育利益关系失调和体育利益分配失衡是体育利益格局结构紧张的主要表现。体育利益格局结构紧张是体育利益失衡的结果之一,又是造成体育利益矛盾的根源,而体育利益分化加剧、体育制度重组滞后是造成体育利益格局结构紧张的根本原因。在体育利益调整过程中体育总局发挥着主导作用,是构建体育利益相对均衡制度安排的顶层设计者。Structure tensions are a series of contradictions and conflicts arising from the structural adjustment caused by social changes and reforms. Relation and distribution are two basic dimensions in analyzing social structural tensions. Disorders of sports interest relation and imbalance in the distribution of benefits are the main manifestations of tensions. Structure tensions of sports interest structure is one of the results of the sports interest imbalance, as well as the root of sports interest contradictions. Increasing differentiation of sports interest, lagging of sports system reorganization lead to structure tensions of sports interest pattern. General Administration of Sports of China plays a decisive role in the sports interest adjustment.
