摘  要:以"红地球"无毒葡萄品种为材料,研究0.5~1 mm茎尖脱毒并附加病毒唑辅助脱毒时诱导分化培养基的影响,选择出1/2MS(B5)+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L+100 umol病毒唑效果最好,筛选出兼增殖和生根一次成苗功能的培养基B5+6-BA0.03 mg/L+IBA0.3 mg/L,简化了培养程序,获得较高繁殖率。过渡移栽时应避开夏季高温期,移栽基质以珍珠岩为好,并且移栽与定植的最佳途径是采用两项基质一步完成。Taking Red Globe nontoxic grape as the material,the influences on the medium for induction and bud differentiation have been studied through virus elimination by 0.5~1 mm shoot-tip and assisted virus elimination with ribavirin.1/2MS(B5)+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.05 mg/L+100 umol ribavirin has the best effect.The medium of B5+6-BA0.03 mg/L+1BA0.3 mg/L has been selected for one-step seedling formation with proliferation and rooting,which simplifies the culture program and gains a higher propagating rate.The summer high temperature period should be avoided during transition cultivating.The best transplanting matrix is pearlite.The best way for transplantation and colonization is to adopt two matrixes by one step.
