摘　　要：目的了解自然人群中早复极变异(ERS)的发生规律及流行特点,探讨其临床意义。方法回顾性分析467例健康体检人群的心电图资料,根据劳动强度分为采煤工人组(A组)和机关人员组(B组),对比分析2组ERS发生率及与职业、性别、年龄、心率、导联分布的关系。结果共检出ERS 40例,总发生率8.57%。其中A组27例,发生率21.95%;B组13例,发生率3.78%;B组男性共12例,发生率5.22%;女性共1例,发生率0.88%。青壮年早复极的发生率明显高于中年以上人群。胸导联ERS发生率高于肢导联及混合导联。ERS随活动引起心率的变化而变化,ST段抬高的幅度与心率呈负相关。结论 ERS发生率劳动强度大的人群高于轻度体力劳动者,男性高于女性,并随着年龄的增长而降低,心率增快可使ERS消失,胸导联ERS发生率最高。objective To explore the pathogenic pattern and prevalence nature of the early repolarization syndrome（ERS） among natural crowds and discuss its clinical significance.Methods Electrocardiogram data of 467 cases in a physical examination were retrospectively analyzed.All the cases were divided according to labor intensity into a miners group（group A） and an administration staff group（group B）.The incidence of ERS of the two groups was compared and the correlation between the incidence and examinees＇ career,gender,age,heart rate and lead distribution was analyzed.Results A total of 40 cases of ERS were detected and the total rate was 8.57%.Among the 40 cases,27 were in group A（21.95%） and 13 in group B（3.78%）.As for the13 cases detected in group B,12 cases were males,with the rate of 5.22%.Only one case was female,accounting for 0.88%.The incidence among the young adults was apparently higher than that of those over the middle age.The incidence of chest lead ERS was higher than that of the limb lead and the mixed lead.ERS varied with the change of the heart rate produced by activity and the range of the elevated ST-segment was negatively correlated with the heart rate.Conclusion There is a higher incidence of ERS among the crowd of intensive laborers than among the crowd of mild manual workers,and higher in men than in women.The incidence declines with the growth of the age.The increase of the heart rate may result in the disappearance of ERS.There tends to be the highest incidence of ERS in chest lead.
