锁定加压钢板对肱骨近端骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对比探讨锁定加压钢板与普通钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的方法及效果。方法随机选取本院近期收治的60例肱骨近端骨折患者,随机分成2组,观察组32例,行锁定加压钢板术;对照组28例,行普通钢板治疗。随访3～6个月,比较2组患者的临床疗效和手术时间,术中出血量,术后引流量,愈合时间等临床指标,以及生活质量变化。结果随访期间2组内相比,治疗后患者的临床指标和生活质量评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05);2组间相比,治疗后观察组患者的临床疗效,临床指标和生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折,可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the locking compression plate and the common plate methods in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures and compare their results.Methods 60 cases with proximal humerus fractures admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups： an experimental group of 32 patients who underwent surgery locking compression plate and a control group of 28 patients who received treatment of ordinary steel plate.After a follow-up of 3~6 months,the two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,surgical time,blood loss,postoperative drainage,and other clinical indicators such as healing time and changes of life quality.Results In the course of follow-up,the results of the two groups were compared.The clinical indicators and quality of life scores after the treatment were better than before the treatment（P0.05）.Clinical efficacy,clinical indicators and living quality scores of the experimental group after treatment were significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Locking compression plate fixation of proximal humerus fractures can significantly improve clinical outcomes and patients＇ quality of life.
