摘  要:目前国内各大油田已进入开发中后期,杆管偏磨现象严重。杆管偏磨受多种因素影响,主要包括井眼轨迹、抽油杆失稳弯曲、腐蚀结垢、沉没度、油井出砂和结蜡等。在对杆管偏磨机理以及受力分析的基础上,通过对典型示功图中的泵充不满、出砂、结蜡、油稠等因素以及杆管摩擦载荷值大小的综合分析,达到抽油机井杆管偏磨诊断的目的。At present, exploitation of domestic major oilfields has entered into the late stage of development, and the ec- centric wear of sucker rod and tube is very serious, which is affected by many factors, such as hole trajectory, instability bending of sucker rod, submergence depth, sand production in oil wells, wax precipitation, and so on. On the basis of the eccentric - wear mechanism and force analysis of sucker rod and tube, main influencing factors of typical indicator diagraph card, such as no full pump, sanding, wax deposition, oil with high viscosity, and so on, and friction load value of the sucker rod and tube were comprehensively analyzed to achieve the goal of qualitative diagnosis for the eccentric wear of rods and tubing.
