糖尿病病人胃肠道X线造影改变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨糖尿病 (DM)病人胃肠道异常的 X线表现及临床价值。方法　全消化道钡餐检查 DM病人 6 6例 ,健康人 30例 ,非 DM性慢性腹泻病人 30例。结果　 DM性胃肠道异常 X线表现主要为非特异性功能性改变 ,阳性检出率 83.3% ;小肠的扩张或 /和弛张改变具有相对特征性意义。结论　本方法可做为对 DM性植物神经病变的间接。Objective To describe the X ray feature of gastrointestinal tract abnormalities associated with diabetes mellitus and discuss the clinical usefulness.Methods 66 diabetic patients were examined by X ray double contrast of G I series.30 normals and 30 non diabetic patients with chronic diarrhea were examined by the same method of roentgenography as compared with the diabetes.Results X ray features of diabetic gastrointestinal tract abnormalities were considered mainly as non specific functional disturbances.The incidence of positive findings in diabetes with X ray G I series were 83.3%.The other X ray findings considered to be rather specific in the diabetes included:intestinal dilatation,thickening of mucosal fold and spring like change,and some sausage like change without folding in jejunum and the proximal ileum.Conclusion Diabetic gastrointestinal tract functional disturbances are mainly autonomic neuropathy.G I barium roentgenography can be used clinically for the accessory examination of autonomic neuropathy in diabetes.
