摘  要:采用行星球磨机对沸石进行研磨,用沸石替代部分炭黑填充到丁苯橡胶(SBR)和顺丁橡胶(BR)共混物中制备出复合材料,研究沸石的粒径及添加量对填充橡胶性能的影响.激光粒度测定仪和扫描电镜的观察结果表明:球磨后的沸石中位粒径可达2.4μm.当球磨沸石的添加量(质量份)为8份时橡胶的拉伸强度最高.沸石的添加能够有效降低复合材料的玻璃化转变温度,提高橡胶的断裂伸长率,但其硫化胶的磨耗体积和压缩疲劳温升也随之增加,添加球磨沸石的橡胶复合材料的湿抓着性比较好.The zeolite was smashed by planetary ball mill, and the effect of zeolite particle size and content on properties of SBR./BR was studied by replacing the carbon black in rubber application. The median size of milled zeolite could reach 2.4 μm measured by laser granulometry and SEM. Tensile strength of composite was maximum when 8 phr milled zeolite was filled into rubber. The results showed that the glass transition temperature of composite was reduced, tensile strength was improved but wear volume and heat generation were improved when zeolite was filled into rubber, and the wet grip of rubber composites with milled zeolite was better.
