摘　　要：通过对发酵过程及专家系统知识的分析和研究,得出谷氨酸发酵过程的重要参数以及影响因素,设计谷氨酸发酵过程的专家系统.系统界面由VC++编写,内核采用专家系统专用工具CLIPS设计.专家系统具有数据库和知识库,用来储存谷氨酸发酵过程的数据、事实和经验,由独立的推理机实现其推理过程,具有良好的人机交互界面,可以为谷氨酸生产过程提供有效的操作指导.Through analysis and research on the fermentation process and the knowledge of expert system, and industrial field data collection and analysis, the important parameters and influencing factors of the glutamic acid fermentation process were summed up and the expert system for glutamic acid fermenta- tiori process was designed. The system interface was written in VC ＋ ＋, and the kernel was designed by using the expert system tool CLIPS. Expert systems had database and knowledge base which were used to save the data, facts and experiences of the glutamic acid fermentation process and to achieve its reasoning process by an independent inference engine. They had a good interactive interface to provide effective operational guidance for the glutamic acid production process.
